Refunds and Returns Policy

Returns
- Eligibility: We accept returns for most products within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain products cannot be returned, including personalized items, sale or clearance items, or gift cards.
- Return Process:
- Contact our Customer Service team at support@tcfashionhub.co.ke within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.
- Once your return is authorized, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.
- Please ship the product back to the address provided by our team, and ensure it is securely packaged.
Refunds
- Processing Time: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Partial Refunds: In certain cases, only partial refunds are granted (e.g., items with obvious signs of use, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error).
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the item was defective or the wrong product was sent.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please contact our Customer Service team at support@tcfashionhub.co.ke.
- For product exchanges, the process is similar to a return, with the option to receive a replacement item instead of a refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us immediately upon receipt of your order. We will arrange for a return and send you a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.
- Please provide photos of the damaged product and packaging for faster processing.
